Paige Summins
Director of Casualty and Litigation Rockford Mutual Insurance Company
Paige Summins is Director of Casualty and Litigation at Rockford Mutual Insurance Company, where she leads a team handling complex claims across multiple lines of business. With nearly three decades in insurance, she brings deep expertise in bodily injury and litigation claims, operational improvement and team development. Paige oversees compliance and quality review programs, defense firm partnerships, Medicare reporting and claim-department IT initiatives. As President of CCEA, she helps shape educational conferences and opportunities for claims leaders to connect and learn. She also serves on the Growth Advisory Board for CP Resolutions. Her leadership has been recognized with the Chairman's Vision Award, Leader of the Year Award and three Distinguished Performance Awards at Allstate Insurance Company.
Chris Poe is Assistant Vice President of Claims and the Project Delivery Management Office at Auto-Owners Insurance. Areas that Chris currently oversees in Claims include Subrogation, Regional Training Coordinators, Claims Education and Training, Claims Systems Development (Claims Automation), and Claims Technology and Support. Chris also recently created a new division with Auto-Owners, the Delivery Management Office which is responsible for organizational project management. Prior to his current roles, he spent many years in auto and property claims handling, catastrophic property claims handling, and claims branch leadership. With over 30 years in insurance with A-O in claims, marketing, underwriting, systems (IT), and project management, he brings a background and an understanding of both business and technology and the impact both have on customer service and success in the industry. Being an advisory board member for multiple organizations and a board member of CCEA, has provided an opportunity to build relationships across the industry and identify educational claims handling advancements.

Mike Steele
Mike Steele began his career in insured with State Farm Insurance as a property field adjuster. After joining Foremost Insurance, Mike’s career navigated through claim training, claim compliance, CAT management, vendor management, and recreational products claim management. Mike moved to Hastings Insurance in 2015 where he managed claim compliance and automation, property field claims, large loss claims, and is the current Property Claim Director.

Josh Aberle
BOARD MEMBER, CCEA
Josh Aberle is a Director of P&C Claim for Pekin Insurance who oversees the Property Claims team. Josh has been with Pekin Insurance Company since August 1999 and has held multiple roles within the organization including Region Claim Manager, Claim Manager and Property Claim Supervisor.
